Greetings and welcome to our newest subscriber :)

For those who may not be familiar with this site you can always click on my photo and you'll be able to see a great deal of what I've personally experienced over the course of a lifetime as well as how it is I came to be and do what I do.

On a different note, thank you to all of the people who are familiar with my recovering of an accident over the past couple of years. Things have been yes a bit slower, but still sincere and even a more closer journey, spiritual by heart.

For those who may be going through similar circumstances, try to work together between the Spiritual and physical, each with the ultimate goal being balance. Afterall without bad, how would it be we could discern good?

At times we may excel physically, others we may be curtailed, we may be called to spend a bit more Spiritual attention to the path we might be on. Try to keep in mind, regardless of what we might be going through, 3 + 1!
