Grettings everyone! Finally the long awaited Spring factor is in season! I can't express how often it is that I hear from those who do consider themselves "sensitive", whether it's intuitive, emotional and empathic or visionary, just how rough the grey and cold winters can be.

Now that at least we're getting a bit more sun, any other remedies such as aromatherapy, growing and care taking herbs and other plants as well as opening those windows a few hours a day, will go all that much further!

Don't beat yourself up if this year you're having a bit more trouble rebounding. Chances are you're not only recovering from the winter season, but picking up on all of the global and economic changes as well. Remember, headlines are just that, headlines. Trust your instincts and remember it isn't necessarily negative when you're picking up on things, instincs are only those tools that allow us to direct our attention to where it is best suited and will do most good! Having gifts always come with responsibility and more often than not, they are going to be utilized to service when service is needed. It kind of comes with the territory. So, Earth Angels put your working wings on and be those guiding lights you were sent here to be :)
