Greetings from the Land of OZ!

Well, the students are gone for the summer, and my room is almost ready for the custodians to do their magic. I have a couple of hours work left, then I will be doing my summer things...writing articles ahead to use during the school year, testing new recipes, working on books, reviewing books, preparing curriculum, and seeing friends. We had a great retirement reception for my teaching partner.

Don't you just love getting together to celebrate with co-workers? Sometimes, I just get so excited that I have to concoct a new recipe! If you want a slightly sweet, tingly hot, curry spiced dip, that also doubles as a condiment, this is what you are looking for.
