I have shared this story many times over the years and it still brings “goose bumps.” This is the night I found what was missing. This night I started the journey of learning. If you have never attended a Pow-Wow or other type of traditional Gathering and would like to, feel free to contact me. Events open to the public are held throughout the year all over the US, Canada, Mexico, and down into South America. There may be one near you.

If you have attended Pow-Wows, why not join us in the forum and share some of your stories? We’ll also have links to videos so you can hear the Drum and see the Dancers. As my first Teacher, John Blackfeather would say, “POOCHOW, It’s Pow-Wow Time!”

Please forward this email to family and friends. They might want to join us at the Pow-Wow and see the baby hawks. Until next week, get those dance moccasins ready and
