Greetings from the Land of OZ!

This has been a busy week for writing. Last weekend, I added another article about Rice Wrapper Soft Rolls. They use the Oriental Cabbage Salad as a filling. There are several variations of the rice wrappers listed in the article.

I also got wild in the kitchen and made an Italian vegetable medley using sweet mini peppers. It was tasty the first day, and it got better as the week went along. We enjoyed it tremendously.
