Well, it has been a wild ride around here this week, as far as weather is concerned. The week started in the 70s and 80s, then took a turn for the nasty. I found myself driving home in thick, blowing snow! It has all melted, but the chill and damp have hung around to pester us. Spring should mean flowers, birds, and fresh eggs, not this miserable excuse for weather!

Eggs are affordable and they cost less than most meats. In addition, an egg only has 70 calories and contains 6 grams of complete protein per egg. When you have access to eggs, there is never an excuse for a boring sandwich. They make creative and delicious sandwiches. Here are some tasty ideas!
