How much time do you spend looking back and regretting mistakes or misdirections you have made? Usually happens for me when I'm feeling exhausted by having overstepped what my aging body will tolerate, yet again! Well, somewhere in the Bahá'í writings there is a quote from 'Abdu'l-Bahá about not wasting time ruing what is done and past, but to concentrate on being better today. I have searched the books I have and couldn't find it, so it is probably in one of the biographies or pilgrims' notes. (If anyone knows where it is, please send me a link!)

Meanwhile, here's the latest article from the Baha'i site at BellaOnline.com.

Dealing with Regrets
