Life's sure on fast track lately. We're moving across the country next week. Next term I'll even be in some courses on campus. I wonder if they'd let me host a game at the school? On the topic of moving, this week's article is about keeping the story going. Dungeon/Game Masters have their treat this week with advice I found the hard way. We're more than encyclopedias, we're story movers.

Moving the Story Along
There's more to being a Dungeon Master than being a rules encyclopedia. Drama, suspense, intrigue – the show must go on! Here's some tips on how to remember what to do when the rules detract from the story itself. Remember: the rules serve the story and not the other way around.
