RSS Feeds for Jewelry Crafters Are you using RSS feeds to stay up-to-date on the latest jewelry making information available on the web? An RSS feed is a URL (website address) that you enter into an RSS reader, or aggregator, (typically an application that you run on your computer). When a new article or blog post from a website you like gets published to the Internet, the feed sends you an announcement and link (or the entire article or post), much like an email in an email program. Most informational jewelry-making sites and blogs now offer free RSS feeds. To subscribe to them, you typically copy the URL of the feed and paste it into your feed reader. My new Adornment Craft blog has an RSS feed, as does the BellaOnline Jewelry Making site. You can even find RSS feeds for your favorite supply-sellers on eBay to keep track of new items as they list them.
