Greetings everyone and welcome to our new subscribers! Please feel free to drop by the forum or send an email introducing yourself or comment on anything you've seen or might like to in the future.

It's certainly been a busy year and we're just now getting through the half-way mark. Rest assured, there is some change that we're all the better for and can use to produce even better habits and results, even if we think we've gotten everywhere we want to be :)

I hope everyone has ventured into the fresh produce isles and local farmer's markets to bring that little bit of natural beauty into the kitchen. It's amazing sometimes to take a beautifully ripe fruit or vegetable in your hands knowing just how perfectly every fiber works to bring about a harmonious treat!

We're certainly seeing, still seeing, increasingly seeing, economical and geographical changes. It's more important than ever to find not only some time for yourself, with yoga, friends and goals, but a quiet time were you're really able to engage with all of the things you might be feeling and thinking, like a colander in a way, to sort through all of the instincts and direction your Soul is tugging at your strings to pay attention to.

Keeping busy is commendable, but keeping in touch is vital!
