Sandwich Ideas with Pico de Gallo

Greetings from the Land of OZ!

This coming week, I am going to be slicing and dicing with my new kitchen toy. It's a Kitchen Ninja. I found it on sale and could not resist! Do any of you use this Kitchen Ninja to prepare food? If so, write me with your comments. I would love to hear about your experiences. Yes, I will be using it to make some lovely Pico de Gallo! It is such a versatile condiment.

Pico de Gallo is a simple, finely diced, fresh sauce, or salsa. At its easiest to create, Pico de Gallo is usually made with tomatoes, onions, peppers, cilantro leaves, salt, and lime. Jalapenos are the peppers used by many, but some people use serrano or habanero peppers. Yummy Pico de Gallo!
