Chunky Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip Review

I had so much fun this week being creative with the La Terra Fina Chunky Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip that I got at Costco. Chips and dip are great, but we don't have them too often, so I needed to find other uses for this dip. Wasting food isn't what we do at our house, so the dip gave me several opportunities to be creative. I made sandwiches, salads, and soup. I love the soup. This soup is so easy to fix and really tasty with a sandwich.

I think that the good folks at La Terra Fina should rename their unbelievably delicious Chunky Spinach Artichoke & Parmesan Dip. The name tells the major ingredients, but it doesn’t give a hint of how versatile this dip is. I would call it “The Sandwich Makers’ Friend.” I highly recommend it.
