It's been an exciting week here. June 1st was my official retirement date from the school district. It was also my first year anniversary as a part-time hourly worker at Costco. A year ago, when I decided to retire, I knew that I would need something to keep me busy. A job at Costco came along, and it is a blessing. To celebrate, I developed a cookie bar recipe.
