Greetings everyone and welcome to all of our newest subscribers! We've had some beautiful weather and when I say beautiful, it's probably not your typical person's definition of, "beautiful." :)

I love storms! I have a special relationship with the sun, without it I find, especially in the cooler solstices I can get a bit depressed, but storms for me are addicting! I breath more easily, my spirit becomes giddy, my creativity heightens and if I happen to be giving a reading during one, watch out. It can feel like a trip to the other side of the Galaxy for everyone involved, but in a good way.

Stress, especially these days can be found everywhere. If you have a sense or notice you're one of those people who can feel a storm coming, try to put up a "Do not disturb sign." Pull up a chair, go out on your deck or lawn, set up a nice table for yourself, maybe with some cheese and wine or whatever your favorite beverage is, some crudite or even just popcorn and take it all in.

Close your eyes and sit in the elements. See if you can identify the subtleties in the air around you as the storm moves closer and closer. Each of those elements runs naturally within us and and in consciously connecting with them elevates the spirit much like seeing a herd of Banker horses runing free along coast-line.
