One of my long time favourite Thai appetizers is "Angel Wings". As with all Thai recipes there are many variations depending on the region of Thailand and of course as each family makes them. Here is my rendition of a simply awesome taste-bud awakening appetizer that we have had the pleasure to enjoy with many long time Thai friends.

Stuffed Chicken Wings
This is a very popular Thai appetizer to please all palates. You can make it as mild or fiery as you like by simply increasing and decreasing the amount of
chiles and curry paste that is added to the stuffing mixture.
