Salmon Burger Recipe Variations

Greetings from the Land of OZ!

Today the temperature is supposed to be 104 degrees F. here in Kansas. If the last week is any indication, it will be hotter than that. Fortunately, we haven't had the humidity that we usually have in Kansas. That would be 90% humidity and 90+ degrees. Now that's sweltering! When it is this hot, I just want something that is quick to cook, if I cook at all. These Salmon Burgers fill the bill, since they take under 10 minutes of cooking time.

These variations on Salmon Burgers are an excellent source of omega-3 oils and a good alternative to a traditional burger. Served on a grilled bun with a choice of special sauces, they are a tasty addition to any sandwich meal.
