"I hope all of you are having a beautiful summer. It is my favorite time of year. Take some time during this relaxed season and re-connect with your spouse. Long walks, sitting outside, eating ice cream; do all the simple things you enjoy doing together.Enjoy each other!

And do one more thing: listen with your heart to what your husband or wife may not be saying out loud.Try to notice if something is troubling them and think of ways you might help, even if it is just sitting and holding hands.Take the time now, during the sweet summertime, to make sure all is well with your spouse. The relaxed feeling we have during the summer can help us to communicate better. Live and love well! KH
