Greetings!

Wishing everyone a very safe and wonderful holiday weekend! Can you believe it? It's almost September. The kids are going back to school! Wow! This summer has gone quickly! For me, anyway!

There are two great article this week! 1. Does your size really matter? Do you define yourself by what you look like on the outside? I hope not! When we learn to love ourselves for who we are, that's when the changes we seek begin to happen. 2.How well do you and your children get along? THis dynamic mother and daughter are taking their dreams and running with them. Instead of waiting for doors to open for them, they decided to knock the doors down, and create their own open doors! It's amazing what we can accomplish when we believe in our dreams and support one another!
