Hi everyone,
Welcome to another F1 newsletter, catching up with the news from the last few weeks, and a recap of some recent articles on the BellaOnline site.
In the news:
McLaren have appealed against the penalty that stripped Lewis Hamilton of his Belgian Grand Prix win. The FIA have announced that the hearing will take place on the 22nd September.
Ferrari have confirmed that Kimi Raikkonen will be racing with them for two more years, as they have extended his contract until 2010. This has put pay to the rumours that Alonso would be joining the Italian squad that year.
For Toro Rosso, Gerhard Berger says he is still analysing Bourdais’ performance, and hasn’t yet decided if they will keep him on for next year. For his part, Bourdais says that it’s only worth them keeping him on, if they can give him a car that suits his style.
