Good evening and welcome to all of our new subscribers!

As the weather begins changing, keep in mind, as the days grow shorter, certain elements will become less and less. Sunlight for one, scents, scenery, etc. things that may normally help to keep a healthy balance, will naturally need a little help being replaced :)

As fall moves in closer, keep an eye out for clearance items, such as room fresheners or candles with spring or linen scents. Invest in a few small bottles of essential oils for bathing or swiping across a lightbulb.

Plan ahead for those wintery days when you're cooped up by rumaging through some book sales with candle, soap making, herbal remedies and tincture making, as well as cooking recipes, possibly from different countries.
