Greetings from the Land of OZ!

Sweater weather is upon us in Kansas--at least for a couple of days this week. It will heat up again. Kansas is unpredictable. I've seen snow on April 1 and shorts weather in December! Hopefully, our 100+ degree weather is gone for awhile. Tonight I roasted vegetables, and here is a sandwich idea for you.
