Our small change for better health this week is to cut back on added sugar in our diets. Think fruit for dessert!
One of my kids' favorite desserts was always "Pink Peaches." All the Girl Scouts in the audience probably remember them -- grilled foil-packs of canned peach halves, a dot of butter, a pinch of brown sugar, and cinnamon red hots. Don't wait to go camping; you can make them in your oven. And they're great, even without the brown sugar.
