It's a rainy day here, but I welcome the rain when I know it will help cool down the temperatures.

I hope you are all enjoying your summer. I took the time this week to review a book that is becoming an important part of my library. This book not only gives you countless recipes, but it also explains why reverting back to eating the way our ancestors did is so much healthier than the way we eat today.
