Dear Reader,

Hello! I am pleased to let everyone know we have made it safely into our new home. We still miss Florida a lot, but we are adjusting well.

Did you know today is Flag Day in the United States? Flag Day generally isn't a well-known holiday, so check out the Homeschooling page at to learn all about Flag Day!

This week I invite you to enjoy another Homeschool Adventure, a story about a mom and her son riding the rails. In addition you will find information about summer and year 'round reading incentive programs. Finally I have re-featured an oldie but goodie, an article about putting together a homeschool support group.
