Turkey and Rice with Curry Spice Recipe

Greetings from the Land of OZ!

Rice, a staple food for millions of people from India to Mexico, is used in this recipe to make it a frugal recipe. The rice also absorbs the lovely taste of the spices and lends an interesting texture. Easy to prepare, this recipe makes 8 tasty burgers for your sandwich adventures.

Here's another use for the Turkey and Rice with Curry Spice burgers.

3 crispy corn taco shells (I use La Tiara)
1 turkey burger
sour cream
shredded lettuce and chopped tomato

Heat the taco shells according to the product's instructions. Crumble the warm turkey burger. Divide the burger crumbles into three parts and add the crumbles to the crispy shells. Garnish with your choices of salsa, cheese, sour cream, and shredded lettuce and chopped tomato. If you like more meat, use more of the turkey burgers.
