Grilled Meat and Cheese Sandwich Recipes
Greetings from the Land of OZ!
I was telling my buddy, Sandra about today's sandwich recipes, and she commented that they sound "gourmet." They have rich fillings and grilled bread. For the spinach, use baby spinach and remove the stems. Chomp on the stems as you assemble the sandwiches.
What makes a great sandwich? Easy to make? Tasty ingredients? Here is a decadent, yet simple, grilled sandwich and a bold twist on a quesadilla! I made the quesadilla just a bit richer by putting tiny bits of cream cheese on top of the olive salad before I added the other ingredients. My husband thought that the quesadilla was wonderful. I especially enjoyed the melt sandwich. These sandwiches taste gourmet, but the sandwich assembly is child's play!
