Have you ever tasted Hormel's rib eye pork chops? They are amazingly tender and flavorful. When I was contemplating making a breaded pork sandwich, so that I could use up my stuffing crumbs, this meat was at the top of my list. At our local Hy-Vee store, these chops sell for $1.50 each. After the butcher tenderized the chops, they each made meat for two sandwiches. And what great sandwiches they were!

Sometimes you just have to make some fried food! These breaded rib eye pork chops will satisfy your craving for a crispy hot sandwich. Pair them with a fresh salad and some fruit for a complete meal. Enjoy your tasty treat!
