Corned Beef Sandwich Recipes
Greetings from the Soggy Land of OZ!
We are getting touch of Isaac here in eastern Kansas. It is a welcome relief for us, since it was so dry here that the grass crunched.
If you have a weekend event coming up where you need to make a dish, think about Ginger Peachy Dump Cake and Creamy Coleslaw. Both recipes make enough food for a gathering, and they are not too expensive.
When I was at Aldi last week, they had corned beef briskets for a reasonable price. What do you think of when somebody mentions a corned beef sandwich? Is it a Reuben? Here are two recipes for updated versions of corned beef sandwiches. Plus, there is an easy-to-make Tangy Tomato Dressing that is just yummy with corned beef.

Have a great long weekend! I intend to develop recipes, write, spend time with family, and get ready for school next week. It will be a mixture of work and play, but all of it will be a blessing.
Until we meet again,
