Travel Ball Versus Recreational Ball- There are fundamental differences between travel ball and rec ball. Which one is right for you?
Is Your Daughter Too Young for Softball- Girls are starting at younger and younger ages. How to know when your daughter is ready.


Drill of the Week:

Teach your players to watch the ball and concentrate! This drill takes two white balls. Paint a red stripe on one ball and leave the second unmarked. The object is to only hit the red marked ball. Throw the balls at odd intervals. This will increase concentration and help train players to watch the ball.
