There are several publishers of Bahá'í materials, and lots more appearing every day. Gone are the days of having a standing order with the only publisher in the US, and not only being able to afford new books as they came out, but having time to read them as well! Now we have specialty shops, too, for jewelry, children's materials, general self-help and virtues materials, calendars and more.

There are four permanent Bahá'í schools that run year round in the US and offer a variety of retreats, seminars, classes and just plain fun. In addition, every state has several regional and seasonal school sessions. Settings, climate, language and costs vary. Indiana Summer school has been held in a Boy Scout campground, very rustic and packed with children. Elderhostel does sessions at Bosch Bahá'í School, deep in the redwoods of the Santa Cruz Mountains. The Wilmette Institute is entirely online. So much variety, but sure to be a session near you at some time during the year!
