I grew up with Bible stories, plus fairy tales, Aesop's fables and Greek and Roman myths. Always loved stories of any kind. Even in college, it was the anecdotal info from professors and textbook sidebars that I remembered best. It seems that I share that characteristic with most of humanity, LOL!

So, when I picked up "Rebekah's Well," I was delighted to find this essay on women who changed the course of human history was told more in the form of a novel than a textbook. Here's my review in the latest article from the Baha'i site at BellaOnline.com.

A review of Trish Wilkinson's book, "Rebekah's Well," a retelling of women's stories which form part of the common history of four great religions.
