Greetings, Body Art Fans!
As the weather gets chilly across North America, remember to keep those facial and ear piercings protected from the cold! In extreme temperatures, metal worn in thin area of body tissue can conduct the cold and in rare cases, help contribute to frost bite. The thicker the piercing, the better you'll be if you bundle it up too. My 2g, 4g and 6g earrings get covered by a hat or ear muffs when I'm outside for prolonged periods of time and it makes my ears a lot happier in the long run.
