~~~~~~~~~~Clairvoyantly Speaking~~~~~~~~~~
Greetings!! The summer has certainly been a kind one to us
this year. Gardens are overflowing with fresh tomatoes
and a variety of other fruits, vegies and herbs.
Although it can get overwhelming to have everything come
in at once. Break the stages down into steps as not to lose
your hard work to insects searching for late night snacks.
You can freeze peppers for winter by rinsing and dicing them
into strips or squared depending on your taste. They
are wonderful in fajitas or hashbrowns and set nicely
in mexican dishes.
Pesty critters can be discouraged by utilizing an
old spray bottle filled with water and a dash of liquid dish soap.
Tomatoes can be blanched and canned or diced fresh in bulk for
a nice batch of salsa. You need about 3 lbs and you don't have
to cook them down if you don't want to :)
We are currently taking reservations for groups and seasonal
*parties for the upcoming Halloween season.
These weeks do fill up quickly. Please email for details
regarding optional appetizers and cost.
(Avg. 30 min. consultation per person. Groups of *2-25)
