With Halloween just around the corner, autumn setting in and the lovely winter vegetable season arriving I thought we would have a look at eating pumpkins. In my native Australia, pumpkin is one of our standard vegetables. As I've travelled the world I am always surprised at how little they are eaten in some cultures. So here are a few extra ideas and tips that you can try with pumpkin.
