Cooking for Kids has a wonderful, free, and fun message board! Come on by to join in the discussions about cooking, kids, holidays, and more!

Thanksgiving is a few weeks away! If you’d like to talk about Thanksgiving ideas, recipes, traditions, or if you need suggestions for your Thanksgiving meal, stop by our Thanksgiving Thread on the Cooking for Kids forum:

Also, we are in the process of playing a forum game called “48 Hour Game: Thanksgiving Menu"

For forty eight hours, people are posting one ingredient that may appear on their Thanksgiving table. It can be a spice, a food item, a drink, or any other type of ingredient. After the forty eight hours are up, we’ll be combining all of the items for some fun menu ideas for Thanksgiving. To view this thread in our forum, click below:

Would you like to receive an e-mail when new forum games begin, especially the 24 and 48 hour forum games? If so, simply send me an e-mail to with the word “Forum” in the subject heading.

You can leave the e-mail blank (of course, you’re welcome to give any suggestions or advice for the Cooking for Kids site as well), and I’ll send you an e-mail when new forum games begin.
