It's been a busy week here. We've had an unseasonable heat wave which even closed some schools early. But Hurricane Earl is supposed to make an appearance briefly tonight, so that should cool things off.

I put up an interest survey on the main page of the costuming site today, and I really hope you'll take a minute or two to fill it out online. The word "costuming" covers a huge range of topics--Halloween, theater, dance, movies, cosplay, sci-fi conventions, pirate festivals, theme weddings, Renaissance faires, SCA & historical reenactments...we wear costumes for all sorts of reasons.

That's why I really need to know what you're passionate about. I want to answer your questions and help you enjoy costuming even more.

I could write all year long about the things I love about costuming. But I really want to know what *You* love. What do *you* have questions about.
