November 3 2009 Deafness Newsletter

Hello everyone
Well life is very busy for me right now. We are moving house in 48 hours time! We're living on top of boxes (but the house is very clean :-)). My computer will be shutdown in the next 24 hours and packed up. It could take me sometime to get it set up and on-line again... specially since there is only limited ADSL connection in the area where we are moving to.

So... if you don't get a newsletter for the next week or two don't think I've forgotten you. Indeed I have written articles in advance which will be featured each week. So even if there is no newsletter remember to visit the Deafness site for the latest article.

Here's this week's article from the Deafness site at thanks to my friend Rowena.

Hearing Loss and Driving Cars
Should hearing impairment stop you from driving? Are there any rules and if so what are they? What does the research show about safe driving for deaf people.
