With the changing of the season, we start to look for different foods to suit the weather and our activities. At this time of the year in Ireland, the harvest is coming in, the turf fires are coming alight again, and there's likely to be a big pot of porridge and double cream on the breakfast table. There are few foods that fill the bill for healthful and delicious so well into the fall and winter than porridge, or oatmeal.


Irish Oatmeal is distinctive in taste and texture. "Porridge" is a healthful food, naturally good and good for you. Take another look at this traditional Irish favorite.
