Remember the key with chocolate is the darker the better. If you're currently a fan of milk chocolate, it might be worth it to slowly get yourself used to the darker varieties, as they are healthier for you!
I love a delicious steak dinner, so for me the perfect Valentine's Day menu involves a tasty steak with crisp green beans and a rich bottle of wine.
Think about the things you adore that are healthy for you. Surely you've got a few on your menu by now! Treat yourself to a wonderful evening, and celebrate the wonder of love.
