August 5 2013 Native American Newsletter

Greetings Sacred Friends!

August is upon us! I trust you are well and enjoying this wonderful season. The glorious Puget Sound area has been blessed with lots of sunshine this summer! On the sacred mountain, the lush, green backdrop against the fields of colorful wild flowers at the base of Mt. Rainier showcases the magnificence of the Creator. Aho!

A year has already passed since I became editor for the Native American site! It has been a year of growth, enlightenment, and healing. You have assisted me greatly on this path of life. It is my prayer that I have been able to assist you as well.

If I am offered a continuing contract, it is my hope to move forward with this work, as I feel I am just coming into my authentic voice. My best articles are ones that are spirit-lead, and are inspired by traditional native wisdom and proverbs. My calling is to understand and alleviate suffering from within.

In the area of historical trauma, I have had to move gingerly upon the historical facts and research as the pain of discovering the details of what happened to our People is unbearable. It is inside of me. But I have experienced tremendous healing and have learned so much. I hope to organize my work into e-book formats to share and assist others. has been a gentle training ground and platform for me to express my soul. Thank you for your continued interest, support and love. I lift you up in the sacred smoke of my prayers! Aho!
