April 29 2008 PC Advice Newsletter

First, my apologies for not sending out a newsletter or posting an article recently. The last couple of weeks have been crazy between trying to finish my taxes and then my laptop crashing which brings me to the article this week – recovering from a system crash. It took a lot of patience, hope, luck, persistence and a great utility to bring my system back to life but thankfully I was able to get it running again. Whew.

The article this week is a broad overview of recovering my system. The next article will be a review of the utility that I used as it was a lifesaver and deserves some kudos!

Recovering from a Computer Crash
System crashes can happen to anyone regardless of computer skill. The most important recovery tool is the original system disk and a good backup - but that is not always the case. This is article but my experience with recovering a system with the next article a review of the software I used.

I hope to hear from you sometime soon, either in the forum or in response to this email message. I thrive on your feedback!

Have fun passing this message along to family and friends, because we all love free knowledge!
