Hello everyone,

School's back in on Monday but at least I got to game some. Unfortunately it wasn't all I hoped it would be but I did glean some article ideas from the experience. Another player tried to step in and play my character (and tell me how to play it) and the DM forsook the rule system we were playing by despite my private reminders about how those rules worked. After he told me he wanted me to help! Today there's an article about influence and control at the RPG table.

The other players may frustrate you, as well as calls made by the GM, but there's a big difference between what's within your control and what isn't. Don't try to force the game into what you want it to be. This article shows you what you can do about irritating GM calls and obnoxious players.
