I wanted to take a minute to express how fun "Staging Your Comeback" was to read. I applied the lessons in the book, and although I have not formally scheduled a comeback date, I did take what I had learned to the department store and was amazed by the differences just by choosing clothing that was better suited to my body type. I realized that going through the transformation process would be even MORE fun to do with a group of friends. Many women participate in a variety of social and support groups -- why not a "Comeback" group? In my mind, it would be the adult version of an on-going pajama party like we used to do with girlfriends in our high school and college days. AND girfriends can sometimes provide that extra critical eye and honest opinion when we're making decisions about "what looks good." Growing older is definitely something we can embrace with a lot more joy and enthusiasm than we sometimes do!
