Tip of the Week: The brutal August heat is not kind to anyone, but it is especially hard on senior citizens. Try to stay in an air conditioned place during the heat of the day (if you don't have AC, consider going to a library, mall, or senior center), drink lots of water, and treat yourself to relaxing cool showers and baths.
