January 21 2012 Virus and Spam Newsletter

Hi there! Welcome to the first newsletter of 2012!

How cold has your winter been? It hasn't been intolerable here in the SouthEast. In fact, it's been a rather mild winter so far. Although I love snow, I must admit I'm grateful for an uneventful winter!

First and most importantly this week, here is the latest article from the Virus and Spam site at BellaOnline.com:

Multiple User Account Safety Net - Did you know that having more than one user account on your computer could be your best solution if your PC is ever infected with a virus? Find out just how simple it is to set up a virtual safety net!

Please visit My Virus and Spam Site for even more great content about protecting your PC!

In tech news this week: Among dozens of others, including thousands who signed an online petition, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Zynga, eBay, Mozilla, Yahoo, AOL, and LinkedIn all vehemently protested the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA). As a result, the proposed bill is now considered officially dead.

To participate in free, fun online discussions, the Virus and Spam site has a community forum all about Viruses and Spam.

I hope to hear from you sometime soon, either in the forum or in response to this newsletter. I thrive on your feedback! Have fun passing this message along to family and friends, because we all love free knowledge!
