Biology is all around us. It is the air we breathe, the green plants in the gardens that we admire, and the animals that we share our space with. Biological scientists are constantly discovering new things about the world around us, and I hope to share this exciting adventure of discovery with you, BellaOnline readers.
I am currently in my senior year as a biology major at the University of New Orleans. I have been passionate about biology since the third grade, when I saw a microscope for the first time and fell in love.
I have been writing for many years, and I have been writing freelance articles since my freshman year of college. I hope to gain more writing experience with BellaOnline, and I hope to share interesting and informative articles with you that will peak your interest in biological science.
When I graduate from the University of New Orleans this May, I hope to continue writing and go on to edit scientific, peer-reviewed journals or work as a science writer. I have prior experience editing scientific journals with The Ochsner Journal, for which I completed a 12 month internship.
I canīt wait to see what new biological discoveries are going to happen next!
