Iíve always loved getting out on my own, in a group, and with my kids. Cycling is a great social activity as well as a wonderful quiet-time! Iíll help you figure out the tools you need (both mental and material) and hopefully create a love for all types of cycling.
My biggest cycling endeavor came in August 2013 when I completed Challenge Penticton. Challenge is a triathlon series of iron-distance courses (3.8 km swim, 180 km bike, 42 km run). If you canít get through the 180 km bike ride and still feel ok, that run is going to kill you! My future goals are Gran Fondo, more triathlons, and watching my kids learn to love cycling as much as my husband and I do.
