I am a restaurateur, caterer and a food designer. I have been infatuated with creating great tasting food since I was about 10 years old and could reach the stove. My first omelet tasted great – although sadly the kitchen did nor fair so well.
I always love reading cookbooks, to me they are like a novel. The beginning – the appetizer leading to a great dessert recipe – the conclusion. I enjoy adapting and creating recipes for all occasions. I have been working in the Gluten-Free field for about 6 years now. I also learned to create the most amazing gluten-free, flavor packed dishes possible. I have created recipes that rival their gluten filled counterparts. I have also created great sand-piles along the way, this is not so much fun but a great learning experience.
I look forward to sharing with you what I have learned about putting together great gluten-free dishes.
