My name is Heather and I am a long time sufferer of headaches and migraines. I have been dealing with them most of my adult life. There is a long family history of migraines on both sides of my family as well. I have tried many medications, home techniques, advice from friends and even herbal remedies to help with the pain these headaches bring.
