Because culture impacts how we view the world, including values, beliefs, behaviours, and customs, cultural differences must be addressed if biblical counselling is to be effective. Now, I am convinced that the worse thing is to miss the lesson God has for me in the midst of the situation. God's hand is on and in every situation and is designed to conform us into the image of Christ. Building What Matters Teaching our children to build their life upon the foundation of Christ is an investment worth making. Redefining Church Business Church budgets, building maintenance and improvements, and other necessary business are important topics that need to be addressed for the sustainability of a local church, but we must not allow these inconsequential agenda items to overshadow our biblical purpose.
